Energy Auditing

In an effort to improve system performance and explore energy cost savings opportunities, Sheppard Pratt in Towson, Maryland, invited Eneractive to explore energy management strategies that would reduce energy costs while improving the material condition of the facilities. The Comprehensive Energy Assessment was performed for the purposes of identifying and quantifying energy projects that could provide a high return on investment through energy savings and improved building performance.

As part of this Energy Assessment and Conservation Audit, the Eneractive team visited the Sheppard Pratt site, conferred with facility staff, inspected the building systems in place, examined available building design documents, and reviewed recent utility billing histories. Using industry standard energy engineering practices and calculations, the team evaluated the existing building systems and found opportunities for energy and operational savings.

- 30 measures studied and recommended for implementation
