PRINCETON UNIVERSITY

ASHRAE Level I, II, & III IGA Energy Auditing

With a conservation goal to reduce its overall annual utility usage by at least 25% by 2020, Princeton is undergoing a process of auditing 50 campus buildings to identify and vet energy conservation projects. The results of these audits will be used to generate an Energy Master Plan that reduces Princeton’s energy and fuel consumption, minimizes their annual energy budget, and maintains indoor environmental comfort and air quality. Eneractive’s energy auditing encompassed 22 campus buildings, including data collection and analysis (utility consumption, BMS trend data, field documentation/verification of installed systems), interfacing with Princeton’s staff to develop goals and building performance requirements, and the development of written recommendations on suggested infrastructure improvements to enhance building performance and minimize energy consumption.
