Engineer for Hire

As a result from a previous assessment, the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center decided to upgrade the majority of HVAC systems at their 411-419 East 67th Street facility in Manhattan, New York. As MSKCC’s technical consultant, Eneractive was retained to perform a detailed energy analysis to evaluate the new design in comparison to the existing system and calculate the potential energy savings. This effort included some baseline testing to determine current operating conditions. Based on these savings, Eneractive worked with MSKCC and NYSERDA to determine if any applicable incentives were available for the project.

Upon development of the project, Eneractive will serve as the Commissioning Agent for the project to ensure the integrity of the project is maintained and savings are achieved. The project is currently underway and is being funded through the NYSERDA Energy Manager for Hire program.
