Energy Management Planning

Eneractive helped Georgian Court University manage energy strategy at its Lakewood, New Jersey campus. With a strong stand for sustainability and environmental stewardship, Eneractive performed strategic energy reduction planning through utility bill analysis and energy tracking, performance monitoring, purchases of certified Green-E RECs to offset the campus load, installation of lighting retrofits for five buildings, facilitating the installation of a solar photovoltaic system, and electric and natural gas procurement.

Building on previous energy planning at the campus, Eneractive developed a plan for a more aggressive approach to both traditional energy and green energy procurement. This was combined with the development and implementation of energy savings projects that have derived long-term energy cost reductions and lessened environmental impact of campus emissions.
