Fundamental Commissioning

Located in Baltimore, Maryland, the Colombiere Jesuit Community is a 35,000 square foot building providing bedrooms and supported common areas to its occupants. The residence was designed and constructed to meet the LEED Silver rating. Prior to testing, 19 corrective action items were found during the drawing review phase. During testing, two additional action items were found in Pre-Functional Performance Testing and 25 more in Functional Performance Testing. It was suggested to update the mechanical drawing listing the new design airflow or provide an updated TAB report showing correct design airflow for each unit found with discrepancies.
