Ivan joins our Energy Technologies (E-Tech) Team based out of our HQ in New Jersey. With previous experience with NRG/ECS and as a project manager, programmer, and controls installation coordinator for demand response, he has extensive knowledge with various products such as the InferStack Platform, HayStack tagging, SpinWave, and Power Over Ethernet (POE), as well as experience in sub-metering, HVAC controls installation, and ModBus integrations. He will be working with the E-Tech team on Niagra programming as well implementing new technology solutions.
As a Field Engineer in the Asbury Park office, Alex brings a variety of skills and experience to the Eneractive Team. As a NEBB TAB Certified Technician, Alex works primarily with Eneractive’s TAB Division, but he also fills a breadth of other responsibilities such as reviewing mechanical prints, submittals, and specifications, using the direct digital controls (DDC) systems, measuring, adjusting, and troubleshooting commercial and industrial HVAC systems, and generation of TAB and Commissioning technical reports among other things. As a Project Manager for Eneractive Solutions, Mr. Cartmill is responsible for the implementation of renewable and energy efficient projects. Mr. Cartmill assures that the highest quality standards are met during and through the completion of projects. Mr. Cartmill has been in the construction industry for the past 20 years. He has spent the last 10 years in the Photovoltaic industry. In 2005 Mr. Cartmill lead what at the time was the largest roof top installation in the State of NJ. Mr. Cartmill also led the installation of a 690 kW pitched roof system that included 16 inverters and 7 different tie-ins. This project fell under the guidelines of prevailing wage and was highlighted in an EDA article as the largest pitched roof system in NJ.
As a Field Engineer for Eneractive and recent graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology, Cory brings to the table a background in Mechanical Engineering. He also has a range of laboratory skills such as: soldering, circuitry, part assembly, SEM, spectrophotometry, titrations, calorimetry, solution stoichiometry, distillations, and spectroscopy. Cory aslo has knowledge in the following programs: SolidWorks, LABview, and MATLab.
As an Energy Engineer for ENERActive Solutions, Mr. Matthews utilizes his technical and interpersonal skills in the building construction and design fields. His experience with Trane Trace 700 and facility renovation make him a valuable resource in the field.
As an Energy Engineer with Eneractive Solutions, Patrick specializes in HVAC, thermal and fluids engineering, manufacturing and CAD. He is proficient in a variety of programs such as: AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Creo (Pro/Engineer and Pro/Manufacture), Vault, eQUEST, ASHRAE Psychrometric Analysis, Carrier E20-II Block Load 3.05 Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor, Creo (Pro/Engineer and Pro/Manufacture), Vault, eQUEST, ASHRAE Psychrometric Analysis, Carrier E20-II Block Load 3.05.
Prior to working with Eneractive, Patrick had a six month contract position as a Mechanical/Design Engineer with New Era Converting Machinery. Patrick also has experience as an Energy Engineer for Birdsall Services Group, where he focused on energy auditing and building energy simulation modeling, the execution of solar photovoltaic (PV) feasibility studies, and monitoring economic and energy-saving performance of cogeneration and photovoltaic systems.
As a Field Engineer with Eneractive Solutions, James utilizes his first-class knowledge of engineering software and CAD, as well has his education in Civil and Environmental Engineering in doing hands-on field work. James is a highenergy self-starter, consummate team member, and has strengths in effective and succinct communication. He also demonstrates the proven ability to act autonomously.
With over 14 years of professional experience, Brian has a strong background in HVAC engineering across a variety of system types within the educational, institutional, commercial and industrial markets. He has been a principal designer on numerous large scale projects for Eneractive, and as Project Manager, has built upon his technical skills through hands-on mechanical system and client interaction to develop solutions in the oversight of commissioning, retrocommissioning, auditing, and feasibility analysis efforts.
Brian is a member of ASHRAE and a senior member of AEE. He holds his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh.
Mr. Pace is responsible for the successful execution of various Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) and emission reduction projects for the Power Plant Solutions group. Mr. Pace is a talented project manager with over 15 years of experience overseeing and managing multimillion-dollar construction, modernization and retrofit projects including EPC projects within the fossil power and renewable energy industries. He is also a highly analytical professional who has generated and evaluated various commercial contracts, technical bid tabulations and specifications for large scale fabricators, subcontractors, mechanical equipment suppliers and a variety of engineer, architect and building contractors.
As the Senior Controls Engineer for Eneractive Solutions, Mr. Pippitt will be responsible for the development and implementation of control and commissioning projects. Mr. Pippitt, a strategic team builder and mentor, has 26 years of engineering and control system experience managing the HVAC Control Systems on campus buildings. This includes 20 years leading the energy savings strategies and energy policies for the Facilities Engineering Department at Princeton University.
Jigesh has more than 25 years of total experience in design of Commercial, Institutional, Educational, Data Centers and Healthcare facilities, including retail spaces, facility utility plants, water treatment plants,data centers, cGMP facilities, clean rooms, Operating rooms, MRI- Cath Labs, and plan/ specification bid projects, Design Built projects. He specializes in scope development of projects per client requirements and budgets, costestimation at design development stages, troubleshooting HVAC issues, and Mechanical system phasing plan.
With over 20 years of experience, Mr.Grdovic has developed an expertise in both the managing and conducting of energy related engineering projects with a concentration in mechanical and HVAC building systems. Being a licensed professional engineer and a certified energy manager (by AEE), he has a problem solving and optimization approach to facility systems and has extensive experience in both the design and analysis of various types of buildings with varying types of major central plant systems, inclusive of geothermal systems, boilers, steam distribution systems, compressed air systems, chillers, cooling towers, chilled water distribution, air handlers, and air distribution systems.
With over 20 years experience in the Computer Industry, from computers that run pharmaceutical plants and industrial steal mills to consumer retail systems, Mr. Kinder is responsible for all IT-related issues at Eneractive, Gene is also a former tank mechanic in the U.S. Army.
Mr. Lesch received his Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and began working full time for Eneractive Solutions. While at Stevens, John Interned at Eneractive in the summer of 2012 and in both the summer and fall of 2013.
Responsible for all administrative tasks and the development of Eneractive’s philanthropic initiatives, Sarah oversees the team’s cultural structure to assist the growth and profitability of the company. She seeks to use her experience in the health and wellness industry to evolve the philanthropic mindset and show the world that Eneractive does more than just energy consulting: it helps people in need, too.
Sarah intends to use her administrative, training, and philanthropic experience to develop philanthropic initiatives for Empoweractive.
