As part of a continuing effort to identify opportunities for energy conservation, Eneractive was contracted by Jones Lang LaSalle to perform a detailed retro-commissioning project at 500 Park Avenue in Manhattan, New York. As the retro-commissioning provider, Eneractive was tasked with: determining operational and maintenance issues which negatively impacted energy consumption; identifying energy conservation opportunities, and; providing economic analysis of each issue and ECO to assist in prioritization and budgeting. A total of 81 issues were acknowledged through the project, along with 14 identified ECMs for implementation, representing over $74,000 in annual savings.
