405 Redwood is a six story building located in Baltimore, Maryland. The facility was designed and constructed to meet the LEED Silver rating utilizing the LEED for New Construction rating system. In scope of work included commissioning the general domestic water piping, a domestic hot water heater system serving janitorial closets, base variable refrigerant volume units (split type), associated variable refrigerant volume outdoor condensing units located on the roof, exhaust fans, ventilation fans and general lighting.

Prior to testing, 22 corrective action items were found during the drawing review phase for the mechanical drawings. During testing, seven corrective action items were found during Functional Performance Testing. One discrepancy found included no occupancy schedules programmed to the AC control panel at the time of testing.
